Healthy Living is a women-founded and family-run grocer in Vermont and New York. Since 1986, they’ve seen significant growth and change, opening a second location in Saratoga, NY, in 2013 and Williston, VT, in 2020.

The launch of HL Fresh. This was a major rebrand, and alongside their head chef, we shared the significance of this new chapter.
We navigated ongoing COVID-19 challenges. Often people turn to social for updates, and we were there to convey the latest and respond to inquiries.
We promoted their very first Hometown Harvest, a very successful and lively community event in Williston, VT. We were on site the day of the event to share live updates.
During our time, the Healthy Living Instagram grew by 42% and their Facebook grew by 86%
With the opening of their Williston location on the horizon, they needed our help in bringing their story to social media, and we joined forces from fall 2020 through summer 2022.
Throughout our time with Healthy Living, their in-house team grew and changed, and we frequently readjusted our workflow to fit the needs and structure of their team. Our work with Healthy Living was robust and hands-on; we were in the store multiple times a week, in frequent contact with their leadership team, and in attendance at community events, tastings, local news features, and more.
We found our time with Healthy Living to be highly engaging and rewarding; the connections we built with their team and the community made working with HL truly an incredible experience. You’ll still find our team frequenting their aisles to say hello and shopping their grocery selection that is so unique to the area!
The grocery world moves fast, so we had to work quickly too. Healthy Living needed frequent and timely posting for updates like sales, new products, and product pushes from Category Managers. Posts were created on a more frequent basis than many of our clients due to the fast moving nature of the industry.
By the end of our work with HL in the summer of 2022, we had accomplished a lot. Here are a few more highlights:
We merged their New York and VT accounts. When we started with HL, they had two accounts. We worked with them to merge the accounts into one to create a more cohesive brand and community across all three HL stores.
We ushered in the opening of their Williston store. This was a very exciting time, and we worked with their team to share the journey of their opening!
We coordinated the social media elements for the launch of HL Fresh. This was a major rebrand, and alongside their head chef, we shared the significance of this new chapter.
The holiday season is very busy at HL; we frequently posted leading up to major holidays, promoting their unique holiday offerings.
